Athletic / Sports Fields & Facilities Permit Policy

- Permit reservation requests from organizations, teams, or individuals will be processed beginning March 1. All requests received prior to that date are processed at random on March 1. Thereafter, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Diamonds are not available for use until April 1 (weather & field conditions permitting.)
- Permits will not be issued until the permit is paid for
- Permits are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable.
- Permits will be issued to Oak Creek residents/organizations only. (The Department reserves the right to request proof of residency and/or roster.)
- Recognized civic youth groups will not be charged for permits. (i.e.: Cub & Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Brownies, etc.)
- Sports league organizations will be charged for permits at $3/hour. (i.e.: Oak Creek Little League, Oak Creek Soccer, select teams, etc.)
- ALL ADULT organization permits will be charged at the standard rate per hour for the field “as is” at $3 hour.
- Additional services such a portable toilets; additional field prep, picnic tables, lined fields, benches, garbage cans, etc. will incur additional charges.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of permits issued.
- Each time a change is made on a permit, there will be a $3 fee. Changing a permit means a new permit has to be issued.
** Reservations for fields and/or facilities for the purpose of league play, tournaments, special events, etc. by groups, clubs, organizations, etc. must be requested IN WRITING identifying all pertinent information (date, time, facility, number in group, special request, etc.). This should be done at lest one month prior to the date requested. Depending on reservation request, additional hourly or daily fees may be charged.
