Newborn Visits

The Public Health Nurses visit or phone new mothers and infants to assess their progress, answer questions, and discuss community resources. They provide informational pamphlets and discuss vaccination schedules. These visits allow the family to discuss concerns or ask questions.

Development Screening Available for Children Ages 4 Months to 5 Years

If you have 15 minutes, the Oak Creek Health Department has a developmental questionnaire available that will help let you know if your child is on track! If you are interested, please call 768-6525 to have a packet mailed to you.

Child Car Safety Seats
